Overall, I’ve had a positive experience living here and appreciate the efforts made to maintain the community and amenities.

There is one aspect I’d like to provide some feedback on — the valet trash service. While I understand it may be a convenience for some residents, I personally have never used it. The trash disposal area is just a short walk from my unit, and I’ve always preferred to take my trash out myself, which I do daily.

Since the valet trash service is mandatory and comes with an... added fee, it does increase the overall cost of living here, even for those of us who don’t utilize it. It would be wonderful if this service could be offered as an optional amenity rather than a requirement, allowing residents to opt in based on their needs and preferences.

Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback. I truly appreciate the community and all that is done to make it a great place to live.
