***Areas for Improvement:
* Child Safety: Kids playing near the slides are at risk of running into traffic. A safer play area or barriers would help.
* Back Gate: The back gate is not operational, limiting access and security.
* Security: There are too few security cameras, and no fencing or barriers around the community, allowing unrestricted entry.
***Positive Aspects:
* Maintenance: Quick and efficient maintenance team.
* Community Engagement: Great events organized to foster neighbor... connections.
* Dog Park: A dedicated space for dogs, though some owners do not clean up after their pets, leaving waste on paths.
