The apartment complex is wonderful but the one issue I would have as a long-term renter is that every 2 to 3 years it goes into new ownership and sometimes that means we have to deal with people who are just using us as an investment without fixing anything. The current management of the property is actually extremely responsive and kind while we haven’t seen improvement yet, I actually do expect things to be really nice here in the next year under their care and management. They already treat... the tenants with more dignity than the previous owners had.
