BEWARE!! THEY PLAY GAMES AFTER YOU SIGN UP

The place is new and beautiful for sure but very misleading move-in specials. They advertise “2 months FREE rent,” but that’s not what you actually get. Instead of living rent-free for two months, they spread the concession across your lease, so you’re still paying rent every month. That’s a huge difference and should be made much clearer in their advertising. I wonder how they are making it easy for tenants who are moving in.

They also promised a $1,000 gift card within 30 days of moving in,… but it’s been over 40 days plus and counting and there’s still no gift card. I’ve had to follow up multiple times and I was told today but nothing still.

It feels like they use attractive promotions to get people to sign a lease, then don’t deliver as advertised or make you chase after what was promised. If you’re considering moving here, make sure you get every concession explained fully and ask exactly how the “the 2 months free rent” is applied to get a clear picture cause it's actually discounts off your rent for equivalent of 2months. Pay attention to what they tell you and what's later written on your lease agreement!!

I actually had two people who wanted move here but they decided against it after I explained how the so called 2 months free is actually applied..

We understand how important it is for lease terms and promotional offers to be communicated clearly. Our move-in concessions… are outlined in the lease agreement and are applied as a prorated concession over 4months rather than as two months without a rent payment. This structure is disclosed before signing, and we always encourage prospective residents to ask questions so they fully understand how the concession is applied.
Regarding the $1,000 gift card, we sincerely apologize for the delay but all of our gift cards are processed 30 days after you move in. You will need to contact the office if you haven't received your gift card and we will resend immediately.
Our team is committed to providing a positive living experience and resolving concerns promptly. We would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly to ensure your outstanding issue is addressed. I’ve had a great experience living here. The location is absolutely perfect—everything I need is nearby, which makes day-to-day life really convenient. The apartment itself feels very new and well-maintained, which I really appreciate.

What stands out the most, though, is the staff. They are consistently helpful, responsive, and friendly, making the whole living experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable home in a great… area.
