Since the new manager came on board in the Spring, the property has become a much nicer place to live. It is well-maintained, and they try really hard to keep up with the normal wear and tear. The residents seem to have a problem with the front gates: they are broken fairly frequently by cars/trucks running through the gates before they are completely open. The nice-looking wood laminate floors are pretty, but without carpeting in the living/dining rooms, upstairs neighbors are sometimes... pretty loud. It's a nice, small apartment community, and the location is terrific!

My three years living at Mt. Vernon Apartments has been exceptionally good. It is a very pleasant neighborhood feel environment in a fantastic location convenient to everything (shopping, entertainment, dining, MARTA, etc.), well landscaped and maintained and with pleasant & responsive management staff.
