I love living here at cortland Cumberland. The place is quiet. They apartments are spacious and well maintained. The staff are very nice and friendly. I would gave it a 9.5 out of 10. Only because I’m waiting to see if anything changes..

Alder Park is a lovely place to live. The staff is kind and understanding, and the apartments are spacious and updated. It’s the perfect location as well!

So far Alder park has lived up to the expectations for me and my family. Spacious, clean and unkept very well. It’s quite when it should be as far as late at night other than holidays of course for the fireworks randomly lol. I am enjoying my place and so is my little one
