It has been a pretty good experience so far, the amenities are great, Daja at the front desk is amazing. I only had a few small issues in my apartment when I moved in.

The refinery has such a pleasant vibe! It’s always quiet and this place tries it best to plan activities for the residents. Food trucks, Pilate classes, karaoke and so on! The amenities are also a plus! Built in Internet, so much kitchen space, a pickle ball court, etc. The staff themselves are so friendly and I really love talking to them when I see them. They’re also very helpful via emails and in person. This place is honestly beautiful and I brag about living him a lot to people.

Daja and all of the stuff work greatly for my application and they did it fast and efficiently.
I am so pleased w/ the stuff ,and the maintenance team as well .
Nice experience since this is my first time moving to this apartment… I am greatly impressed.
