It's been good except for the noise and narcotics smell that's coming from one of the neighbors. Also, a resident abandoned their apt and left trash behind causing a roach infestation.

We are very fortunate to live here in Somerset at the Crossings. I have been here for over 10 years, and it has been a wonderful experience for me. The care and concern that our Management and Maintenance Teams have for our Community is amazing and very much appreciated. They keep this Property clean and very well maintained on a consistent and continuous level. They handle issues very quickly and professionally. And they are very trustworthy. I feel blessed to live here and to have been a... member of this Community for over 10 years. In my personal opinion, we have the best Property Management and Maintenance Teams in the Industry.

This is a great community to live in, you have access to all kinds of food options and close to most stores. There is very little disturbance here but being an animal friendly community not everyone picks up after their dog. Maintenance staff is friendly but will from time to time need a reminder on requests.

Small apartment community centrally located to all major highways, food and shopping. I've lived here for 10 years and feel safe and comfortable living here as an older single woman. I've seen many changes throughout this time. The current office and maintenance staff is great!
