I have lived here at Somerset at the Crossings for 11 years. I am so blessed to be a part of this community. Our Management Team and Maintenance Staff are among the best in the business. They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, caring and kind. They help keep our community clean and operating smoothly. They keep the residents informed and up to date on issues, and they are always ready to help us, in a timely manner, when any issues arise. It has been a blessing to me to live here and… my hope to remain.

While it is still an area where everyone keeps to themselves, the constant police visits due to disturbances have become a bit of an annoyance when one has an early start to their day. The management of trash has become an issue as well, but it is usually addressed promptly.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that noise, disturbances, and trash can impact the overall living experience, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.
We do want to ask, however, whether you have personally… reported these concerns to our management team when they occur. We have a noise ordinance in place and are able to address concerns more effectively when residents or guests speak up and provide details about what they are experiencing.
Simply documenting an issue without reporting it does not give our team the opportunity to help. Apartment living can come with unexpected variables, but maintaining a comfortable community requires communication and cooperation from both residents and management.
If you experience excessive noise, disturbances, or other concerns, please reach out to our office so we can properly document and address them. We are always happy to help when we know there is an issue.

Attractive setting. Carpets recently cleaned. Color scheme well done. One thing missing is microwave which is a much used item. Easy access to first floor level
