Dirty There’s roaches, the hallways are dirty the laundry room is dirty the washing machines are disgusting the garbage shoot is disgusting the walls drip with trash and the room smells horrible, the big dumpsters are by the pool and that area is never cleaned and it smells like trash, the bathroom by the pools 0/10 clean, you need a better cleaning service and someone new to fumigate, I found a roach in the elevator imagine if it would’ve gotten on me. Management sucks there never here and… never answer the phone after many voicemails left

I believe that Renew Aurora is very efficient at responding with an automated message. If Renew Aurora was efficient at actual maintenance, I would not feel compelled to even respond. I would much rather have not been locked out of the building at 11:30 at night and left hanging out to dry until I had to confront the building manager first thing the next morning after being locked into my own apartment. I find it darkly comic that I received this text message. Feel free to actually call me or… visit if you would like my actual response.

Concern I came home Friday evening to paper jammed in the door to keep it open. Did a work order. Seeing that’s it was after house and the weekend approaching, I went ahead to pull the part out
