Location, location, location as the Realtors say. I love living by the river. The grounds are kept neat and clean. Maintenance has been prompt to help me with many problems.

Friendly! My fiancé and I went on a few tours in the area, but didn’t have any experiences like this one. Shakira was so nice, welcoming and professional . First impressions truly do matter when you are looking to move. I would feel confident moving in here just with the interaction I had from my tour!

Equipment not repaired Fan in bathroom does not work Thermostat is broken where numbers should be indicated Washer machine is soooo loud. Charging rent for the convenience of having it in your unit. I’d have to go to a laundromat The living room floor was not cleaned after workers left. Bedroom blinds does not go all the way down.
