Not Resolved My issue with my washer was not resolved. Instead the soap dispenser was just cleaned from the mold. My washer is still not using any fabric softener.

Stan came almost as soon as I reported a stinky smell in my apt. He cleaned out something in the laundry closet and put a big fan in the living room facing the sliding door to blow out the odor. It couldn't have been a better response!

Flooring Maintenance person was well mannered - assessed the situation with the floor (which is minor). I wanted the owners to know of this defect. Nothing terrible just a small chip in the lvt floors.

Package room is a nightmare Someone should go thorough maybe once a week and make sure that the packages are at least in the section of the right building. I realize there's an extreme amt of pkgs from amazon and others, but it shouldn't take me an hour to find a package because it was completely in the wrong building. It's overwhelming if you need something like meds and can't find your package.

Broken microwave Maintenance came to fix my broken microwave and when they were unable to have to multi tries, they installed a new one. Everyone was very professional and kind. I love our maintenance crew!
