Great Place!
We've lived here for years and plan to live here until we move out of Carbondale. It's perfect for graduate students and their family. It's close to everything in town, including the campus. The bedrooms are spacious and nice. If you need repair or a simple filter change the maintenance service is quick, clean, and professional. Overall a great place for roommates or a small family.

Best Place in Carbondale!
This is the best company to rent from in Carbondale. They are super friendly and always attentive to questions or concerns you might have. We have been with them for 2 years now and plan to stay as long as we are in Carbondale! Great place for families and students alike!
