BEWARE, ITS FILTHY and UNSAFE!

Poor upkeep, tenants throw trash out of the windows, no evening security, making residents feel unsafe, smell of urine in the building. Outdoor lawn is horrible, making the entire block look bad!
I was told the management company was changed over a year ago and you can definitely tell the difference as this building has NEVER looked so bad
The previous reviews were prior to management changes.
Lastly, I have called them a few times regarding their building upkeep and NO ONE has ever called me... back!!!
