Stay away

We have been having elevator issues for months. The freight elevator is heavy and difficult to use.
Garbage area is another problem. The bins are overflowing and an invitation for rodents.
Management does not care about it’s residents and it shows.

Elevators trapped people twice this month

People with disabilities are not only forced to walk up 12 flights of stairs to reach their apartments, but both elevators have now trapped residents requiring the fire department to break down the doors (because the override keys were absent). Management has called this "inconvenience" in official emails and has done nothing to address resident concerns about the danger and inaccessibility of grated elevator doors, heavy trash dumpster lids after the trash chute closed, persistent leaks,… radiator overheating, and many more issues documented in the last several years.
