Honestly? Nice space, decent amenities, great landlady. Worth the cost? I don't think so. You can find apartments more worth the cost in the same area.

I absolutely love living here, everyone has been so kind and helpful. Fatima is always there to help or answer questions and is incredibly friendly.
John and Willie always are there to help whenever I need something or have a question.

Too much weed smoke; the elevator smells horrible 75% of the time. The wooden gates for the garbage sites need to be replaced - it’s a terrible look

I absolutely love living here. It's peaceful, clean and everyone is friendly.
The property manager Fatima is so welcoming and kind, she has helped me transition from owning a house to apartment living.
The maintenance workers, John and Willie are incredibly helpful and friendly.

It’s a really nice and quiet community, very well located and convenient. The area is clean and well maintained overall. We’ve been living here for almost four years now, and we haven’t had any issues at all.
