Scholars Corner Apartments

I'm not terribly content with my stay at Scholars Corner. It's small, with next to no counterspace in the kitchen or bathroom, a wall-to-wall carpet making it extremely difficult to clean, with virtually every appliance apparently decades out of date. The windows are insecure, difficult to open in the summer, difficult to close in the winter, and cause a draft in the winter months which makes the bathroom (whose door I must keep closed at all times) almost like an icebox. Overall, Scholars Corner has been a clean and stable environment. The staff and property manager are very attentive.

Only issue would be the elevators since they're a bit older. Sometimes they malfunction but they do get fixed promptly within 2-24 hours after bringing it up to management.

Scholars Corner is decent living for the price paid; however, conditions are minimal and I would not be living here were I not a student and had the means to relocate elsewhere.

I've enjoyed living at Scholars Corner so far! Staff is friendly and prompt with requests. Building is also clean and well kept. Only issue so far have been the elevators at times get stuck or stop working completely. Although maintenance eventually fixes them, it is a huge inconvenience at times. I think they should be replaced soon.
