Still new to Chicago and the general area but The Regal made my move a pretty seamless transition. Although were nestled downtown the general neighborhood has a suburb like quiet to it and the actual loft was even better than pictures and video showed it to be. So far I'm really enjoying my space and Patrick made the moving process extremely stress free!

I have lived at Regal for almost a year and I am very satisfied with the building and management. The rents are reasonable, the staff is extremely communicative and prompt, and the maintenance staff is extremely responsive and friendly. I have no complaints

I have been a resident of The Regal Apartments for almost 3 years now. I have been very satisfied with my stay. I feel comfortable and safe. The property manager Patrick is very helpful and works towards finding solutions to different problems. I would highly recommend The Regal Apartments.

This place is an absolute joke. The people who work here are completely inattentive, unprofessional, and disorganized. They rarely answer the phones during their business hours and never respond to emails. You can find about 4-5 different numbers to this property, and they will not answer a single one. The one day I did get a hold of the office by phone, the property manager (Marcus?) assured me that if I emailed him going forward he would reply. I emailed. There was never a reply and it's been... weeks. This property is managed by TLC Management. I was ready to sign a lease at this place, but got so tired of being unable to reach them and getting no response from them that I just moved on. Avoid.

The apartments themselves feature great design, with lofted ceilings and tall, arched windows. Apartment layout is fantastic.
