Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Unapproved parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $100, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This home is equipped with noise detection monitors. There is a $250 fee for an unauthorized animal/pet. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. There is a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons, firearms, drugs, or illegal sexual activity of any sort are allowed. Violators will be reported to police, and the contract will be immediately terminated. Guests staying longer than 28 days will be responsible for paying utilities used during their stay. Trash pickup is every Friday morning, and bins should be placed at the curb on Thursday night for collection. If Friday is a holiday, trash pickup will be delayed by one day (Saturday instead of Friday).
