I’ve lived here almost two years, after first term, I moved to other cities, after coming back to Mt Prospect, I moved back to Forest Cove because I love it here! Jennifer(Community Manger) is highly professional and kind, basically every supporting staffs are professional and kind! The environment around the complex is naturally with some wildlife! Any kinds of smoking substances are prohibited even on the parking lot! That’s a plus!

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The management team has been very attentive, friendly, and professional, and they’ve made the overall experience feel welcoming and well-managed. Maintenance has been helpful when they do come out, though response times can sometimes be a bit slow. I think improving turnaround time for maintenance requests would make a big difference.
