If I could give this property zero stars, I would. Although building management has been helpful, the parent company TLC has been an absolute joke and nightmare to deal with. The biggest problem has been the garage, which although I’m paying $150/month for, has been open to the public for the past six months. Despite multiple complaints, nothing has been fixed. Communication from management has been minimal, and I have been completely left in the dark.

This is also a clear violation of my lease... , which guarantees me a safe and secure space. Leaving the garage broken for months, allowing anyone to enter the garage and building via the downstairs level, directly contradicts that guarantee. As a result, six cars in the garage were broken into, including mine. My purse was stolen, and the interior of my car was vandalized. For the past week, I’ve been dealing with the police and my insurance company daily. Not once has anyone from upper management reached out to apologize or offer any support despite the multiple emails I’ve had escalated to them. This has also cost me $1000 so far out of pocket, both for my insurance deductible and for a rental car that I’ve had to maintain. Nothing has been fixed in the garage, no accountability has been taken, and this has been a total nightmare.

I strongly urge anyone considering this property to look elsewhere—this lack of care, safety, and responsibility has been completely unacceptable.

I also want to reiterate that this has nothing to do with building management - they have been helpful throughout this entire situation, however unfortunately the decisions and lack of follow through come from the top down. Read More

The community at the building, both residents and staff, are very welcoming and friendly. The amenities are great and I love the patio space during the warmer months and there’s always something going on at the building or being sponsored by the building.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Love the well established community outside my doorstep and the convenience of the grocery store and train! The village events, farmers market and local establishments are awesome.

I moved in April of 2023 and it’s been nothing but great. Great staff and the building is very beautiful plus love that there’s a groceries store in the building and everyone is very friendly.

The building is located in downtown Mount Prospect which has tons of great shops and restaurants. The grocery store on the first floor is super convenient. The building has great amenities. The staff is always helpful and caring.
