Great Place to Live if you are Seeking a Friendly Professional Staff

In January 2026, I had to make a 'life' decision as to where I was going to move. I wanted to stay in Naperville near all the things I had grown accustom to having available for the all the years that I have lived here. I found it at The Iroquois Club. Location is great. Staff is wonderful, both Administrative & Maintenance. And, I am making new friends among the many residents & their families...both young and 'more mature'. Chris, the Bldg Maintenance Mgr has gone out of his way to help me.… Jose, his Assistant is a great young man. The Office staff, Kim & Persephone have gone out of their way to answer my many questions..... I am glad that I decided to sign my lease here...

Will take $395 remove the apartment listing and keep your money

Sadly I applied to this complex due to the overall look. I paid the fees of $395 only for the listing to be removed and I never received my $395 back after the apartment complex removed the apartment I applied for. I have been trying for over 3 days to get a refund as I went with another apartment but this complex refuses to respond to my emails and phone calls. I expected better due to the high ratings. Im very disappointed.

Update: It has been three weeks and still no refund or contact from… the facility regarding an ETA. I've never seen an apartment complex so eager to accept suits over $395.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY

Lived here for one year and we are ready to move out, the office staff is completely rude and unethical. The apartments are way to expensive for the amenities in the apartments, the fridge is old and broken, the air conditioning is old and doesn’t work!!
Very upset when you don’t get what you pay for!!

Don't Sign Until.....

I was shown the upgraded apartment but the one I saw was a studio. There was a one (1) bedroom that had just become available BUT needed sprucing up. I waited & waited for some kind of word it was ready. All the while the calls for are you signing lease which I hadn't but needed to move. Well signed lease & came to pick up keys. Felt such relief until I turned said keys into the lock ?? ????. The appliances looked like they were from 1992 and cabinets were beige? WTW!!! I broke lease this is… despicable!!! The promised washer/dryer being delivered?! But no compensation just this is what we went over. I've seen better in city of Chicago. They just want to get you in & you're trapped. Looking to rent here make sure you see "your" unit before signing off don't let that $300 gift card fool you.??
