great place to raise your kids !

nice and peaceful place to raise your kids ! beautiful and spacious apartments ! nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors ( except for few ) ! clean and neat unit ! friendly and helpful staff ! best place for young families !

Kids playing on the street all the time

Irresponsible parents and their children play all the time on the street and drivers are worry to not hit a child on their way. The neighborhood has a huge park for children but for any reason the parents choose to take their children to play on the road. And the Moms are always walking with their strollers on the street too not caring about drivers.
I really don't recommend this neighborhood if you want to have peace on mind.

Amazing place

My apartment was very well maintained and clean when moved-in. It has washer and dryers in in the unit which makes our life easier.
This place is great, very great staff.

Enjoyed living here

Been living at this property the last 3 years and loved it. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Very responsive to all the requests . A big plus are the washer and dryer in the unit, very comfortable with them. Nice area and quit place for living.
