Our experience at T28 Townhomes has been horrible from day one
Moved in to mouse droppings in every cabinet, bedroom and bathroom, spiders and roaches throughout, moldy shelves, and door seals so loose insects got in. We reported it within 24 hours. Management never sent cleaning, never sent pest control, never reimbursed what we spent fixing it ourselves. We set our own traps and caught a mouse after it chewed into our bread. Pest control came only after we called the Health Department ourselves.
Emails go unanswered. In person, Emilia says she can't do... anything and to use email, knowing nobody replies.
Billing: a $100 overpayment and a $100 holding fee were never credited, and we were charged an insurance waiver fee after providing proof of coverage. No refunds.
Management collects checks and signatures. Livable conditions and communication are not priorities. Avoid.
