No smoking inside or anywhere within 15 feet of any open door or window, with a $1000 fine for violations. Excessive cleaning, if required, is billed at $35 per hour. Repairs due to damages are $45 per hour. Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM. Parties, events, lack of decorum, and disruptive noise will not be tolerated. Outdoor music is not permitted after 9 PM. Small, wireless Bluetooth speakers are permitted except during quiet hours. Tampering with monitoring devices is strictly prohibited and will result in a $350 fine.
