Very poor management,maintenance does not come out and repair issues,has mold .The harassment is real,the file eviction for no reason whatsoever.Ask for a 200.00 dollar fee that is not listed in your lease agreement.When asked about the fee they can’t explain the fee please don’t rent from this place

Covington square sucks. Bad management. it looks beautiful from outside but once you get in horrible management who harass customers having made payment for rent. when we moved in expecting to see a clean house we met a painted bathtub to cover the dirt of previous owner. my Ac was not fixed for almost a year after several calls and complaint they kept promising till i was forced to get personal heater so as not to freeze to death. their maintenance team is just horrible, i don't blame them... since they report to management. i have patched holes all over the house that is now open allowing rats and insect to come. i cant wait to end my lease so i can move to better apartment. I've lived here for 3 years. The apartments are spacious for a 1 bedroom. But that's all that they have to give. The ranges are electric, and the refrigerator opens away from the kitchen. The windows are shoddy, and the lighting is fluorescent. It does go out more or less. Also the pipes are old, as my previous upstairs neighbors used to pour food down their sink, and it would back up into mine as a result.

The major problem is management. This complex has been through at least 6 different... managers in the past 3 years, and probably more office staff than a temp service. Maintenance is hit or miss, and doesn't come to fix minor issues for at least a month. Pair all of this with a pool that was closed down by the health department, and I would've gone somewhere else had I known this would happen. Read More
