Amazing!

I moved into this place a little over a year ago. They have just approved me to move into a larger unit... it is not because it is my desire, but because an illness will require 24/7 health care. They could not have been more accommodating. My current apartment is in great shape. Clearly the new management has cleaned things up. I love my neighbors...I even refer to them as my community. And that is just exactly how it feels. A community. It is clean, well kept, and very spacious with well kept… apartments. My studio has served me very well. Bella...the person on duty in the office, is just wonderful. I consider her a friend due to her kindness. And Luz, the district manager, has proven to be friendly and gracious and so helpful. The maintenance workers, James and James are incredible. The gym and theater room on the top floor are something out of a major city magazine. Please consider this place. It is a diamond in a fast changing, progressive part of town.

I LOVE LIFE AT MTA!!!!!

I moved in here eleven months ago at the end of July 2017. I have had a wonderful experience here from the very start. I am given a hundred dollar discount for being a student. That allows me to afford a one bedroom instead of the studio I originally had come to see the model of. The staff is very friendly and curtious. I enjoy the lounge access and always available laundry here on site. There is plenty of parking especially since the opening of the overflow lot. The place is kept very clean.… It is also a very calm and quiet atmosphere here in the hallways and lobby. The building is very secure and gives me a good sense of security. There is a grocery store, convienence store, gas station, church, and multiple restaurants within walking distance of a block. I decide to renew my lease and spend another year hear at the MTA. The place I love to call home.

Horrible place to live!!!!

I have been living in the Shorelands since April of this year. the building have an Bed Bug Infestation. the leasing team is unprofessional and non understanding. I have to now break my lease because no one will take action and try to get there multiple issues under control. People stay loitering around the building and my guest feel uncomfortable visiting. There is always a strong stench in the air of the apartments hallway. I would not not recommend this apartment for no one.
