Lease renewal We signed our lease weeks ago, even got a text thanking us for renewing. Now we are being asked to sign a lease again. Plus we are now being charged $49 for Comcast internet that was never communicated to us. We hate Comcast and are already paying for ATT internet, which we love. Since the lease went digital and we no longer get a physical copy, we have no idea where to look at the details of the lease. Also the rent increase every year is far greater than any other apartment we... have ever lived in. This is especially annoying because I know the other apartments have been updated since we moved in. We pay the price for this without the benefits. They did a few updates, but never finished our kitchen update. And we never know who to talk to because the property manager has changed so many times since we have moved in. One will promise something, but when we go to check on it, there is someone new who has no idea what we are talking about.
