Lease renewal We signed our lease weeks ago, even got a text thanking us for renewing. Now we are being asked to sign a lease again. Plus we are now being charged $49 for Comcast internet that was never communicated to us. We hate Comcast and are already paying for ATT internet, which we love. Since the lease went digital and we no longer get a physical copy, we have no idea where to look at the details of the lease. Also the rent increase every year is far greater than any other apartment we... have ever lived in. This is especially annoying because I know the other apartments have been updated since we moved in. We pay the price for this without the benefits. They did a few updates, but never finished our kitchen update. And we never know who to talk to because the property manager has changed so many times since we have moved in. Drywall repairs Did good job but would’ve been nice to know when the painter was scheduled so we could’ve move things around before painter arrived.

Speedy response I woke up to find the lightbulb in my refrigerator was out, so I immediately called the office. I explained that I was trying to reach emergency maintenance because I wasn’t sure if the issue was with the refrigerator itself or just the bulb. The person I spoke with said they’d contact maintenance right away, and within five minutes, two gentlemen showed up at my door ready to help. Prompt, Communicative, and Easy The lease renewal process was prompt - the office sent us a notice months in advance about an increase in rent and to ask if we were planning to renew our lease or not. The entire process was online, which made it easy to sign the renewed list and get a copy of all the documents. And when the time came to start the new lease we received message about the upcoming changes to our rent and payment schedules. It was all very easy.
