This place is not a great place to live it is poor in communicating what is going on and the work request are a joke there's no maintenance people

Spacious and comfortable apartment not to modern but not outdated unbeatable pricing I would say this is a hidden gem considering how the economy is looking at the moment..

I do love my apartment it’s perfect for me. The office staff that you have is wonderful even if you are having a bad day they do and say the right words to make you feel better

I have lived in here for two years and ever since I moved in my apartment was not completely done. I was in a need of moving fast due to my children. I was ok with me moving in how it was because it was told to me that it was going to be fixed after I submitted all my Move in concerns. I have constantly been putting work orders during these two years. All this Management cares about is the exterior of the buildings. My truck got towed twice without me getting notified due to them painting the… streets. I was not the only tenant that they moved their cars without being notified. I understand there is a process of doing things, I understand there is a protocol and procedure. But this management places notices on the main doors saying and notifying when things will suppose to be done but they never follow what they say. I have been without heat for two days now and they have LAZY EMPLOYEES NOT KNOWING what they are doing starting from the office staff to the outside employees. I have been in this field of PM for more than 10 years and the way how this Management is handling this property is not a safe place to live IN GENERAL. They lose rent and then place you a nasty letter on your door. Crime in here is always shootings and drugs involved. That is the reason why I will not recommend, and I am moving from the apartments.
