City Place Apartments

I live in this building and love it. It has great security, an elevator, beautiful views and a fifth floor for the people living here, with extra storage and a deck I plan on using a lot this summer. I have nice stainless appliances and lots of closet space. Washer and dryer in the apartment is a great convenience. The landlord is friendly and any repairs I have needed were quickly addressed in a professional manner. There are lots of fun things to do in this town, you can walk everywhere. They are very over priced and the landlord is a real winner beware. Worst place I have ever lived so far. She is in everyone's business. The walls are very thin you can hear everything and no installation. They say the are high end nope they are wrong. The frig has no ice maker or water, no garbage disposal, no medicine cabinet ect. They have a very limited lake view which they advertise as a sought out item (where). The floors are horrible, just beware.
