Look No Further
I just returned home after helping my daughter move into Atmark, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. Since we live in another state, I knew the move would be challenging. We spent time in June touring apartments, and Atmark immediately stood out from the rest.
From the very beginning, the leasing office was easy to reach, and every team member we worked with throughout the entire process was professional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making the move as... smooth and stress-free as possible. Every question was answered promptly, and it was clear they truly cared about ensuring everything was taken care of.
The apartment itself was the cleanest apartment I have ever moved into. I'm extremely particular about cleanliness whenever I or my children move into a new home, and I fully expected to spend hours doing a top-to-bottom deep clean, as I've had to do everywhere else. To my surprise, there was absolutely no need. It was obvious that the team took the time to thoroughly prepare the apartment after the previous residents moved out, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail.
We had two minor maintenance requests after move-in, and both were addressed quickly and efficiently. That level of responsiveness only reinforced my confidence that the staff genuinely cares about its residents and takes pride in providing outstanding service.
It's rare to find a team that consistently delivers this level of customer care. They made us feel welcomed from day one, and I'm incredibly grateful for everything they did to make this move such a positive experience. If you're looking for a community with a leasing office and maintenance team that truly cares, I highly recommend Atmark.
