I like this community. It seems very inclusive, I have not really gotten a chance to attend any events or anything but One North always has cute events, looking forward to attending when I am not so busy

On January 27, 2026, my car was towed from visitor parking without notice. Property management at One North of Boston assures me that timely notices were sent out but I did not receive an email or a text which they said were sent out multiple times. I have received notices before via email and text so it is strange that I did not receive it this time. For example, I received email and text messages for the fire alarm testing that occurred a few months ago. If there was some sort of mistake or... error with the alert system I would understand but property management staff just brushed me off saying they did everything they needed to do even though I did not receive any such notices. It was very unprofessional that they didn't even want to talk with me or double check that the messages were sent out.

We appreciate you sharing your concerns. Ahead of the January storm, multiple communications were sent outlining snow removal plans and required parking procedures. In accordance with the lease and community parking policies, all vehicles must be... registered with the management office and display a valid parking pass.
At the time snow removal was performed, the vehicle was not registered and was not displaying a valid pass. Because ownership could not be identified, we were unable to contact the vehicle owner prior to towing. The vehicle was therefore towed to allow plowing to proceed safely and efficiently.
If you would like to discuss this further or have questions about parking registration going forward, please contact the management office directly.

Wonderful community, Very respectful and Professional management. Clean, and very nice interior/exterior. Friendly neighbors. Easy access to Commuter rail and Silver line bus, as well as groceries, and convenience stores.

Ally and the office staff are excellent! Their customer service, care and professionalism is top notch. In addition, Kirk and the maintenance team are excellent as well. Very professional and efficient. Thank you!
