I never received a response to my July 6 email regarding the ongoing electrical issue. Instead, the first communication I received was about my balcony. I would appreciate the same level of attention being given to maintenance issues that affect my apartment. Communication and organization of the complex is horrible all my neighbors speak about it.

I am a resident of 436. I am very disappointed with this property because my upstairs has keeps making noise. I have reported it to the property many times, but the problem has not improved. I can't stand it anymore. I'm completely disappointed with this property. I will tell my friends to avoid this property.

Love living here! The management staff, maintenance staff and the evening staff are all extremely professional and friendly ! The building is beautiful and the amenities are unlike any other apartment buildings in the area. It’s a very special place!
