The office Staff is very helpful and the maintenance people are fantastic, the new security guard is nice as well. I love that there is always someone that can help you out

I don’t like the floors in my apartment. My Apartment is very small, and I feel the price is a bit high for what I am getting. Maintenance was supposed to do a yearly check on my Heating and cooling. I requested them to come the day I was off, and they did not come. I requested it to be rescheduled, and it still has not been done. There is only one window that I can open to get fresh air. If there was a fire, and I couldn’t get out my door, I would be trapped. My dryer takes forever for my... cloths to dry. There are all sorts of marks on the walls in the hallway. The elevators go down too often.

Sometimes other residents ruin it for the rest of us. However , I love living here as a whole because the amenities make it worthwhile. My experience with property staff has always been positive.

I love my apartment but the building itself needs work with certain aspects. It’s sad to see that people don’t like to respect a nice building.

There are way too many addicts in the building at all times of the night. They do not respect other residents at all. Constantly loud and disturbing at weird hours. Also, too many packages are being stolen from whats suppose to be a secure package room.
