It's been a week and I love it so far! Excited to be here, enjoyed the pool and the gym. Love that its close to Dunkin and Subway. Super accessible by the green line!

I’ve had a very positive experience living here. Overall, the leasing office, maintenance team, and security staff are professional, responsive, and attentive. I haven’t had any negative experiences or complaints.
Recently, I had an issue with noise coming from the gym that was affecting my comfort at home. When I brought this up to the leasing office, they listened to my concerns and resolved the problem very efficiently. Their prompt response and dedication made a real difference in my living... situation and improved my quality of life.
I truly appreciate the effort and commitment from the entire team in ensuring residents have a great experience. I’m very satisfied with the service and support provided by the management.

Serenity is, overall, a good apartment. That said, my experience raised some red flags, particularly with the unit’s layout (being right next to the gym on the 6th floor) and the unexpectedly aggressive attitude from certain staff members. If those aspects could be addressed or improved, I know I’d feel much more positive about living at Serenity.

Serenity is a great community. The concierges and maintenance staff are amazing, the views are great (especially facing Jamaicaway), Olmested Park is beautiful and there's two T lines very close (the E line stop is literally across the street !)
