Not worth the insane rent, but generally a good place to live. More issues than what I expected for a luxury apartment building but Leasing is quick to respond to issues

Live at Serenity in JP. Marking for garage could be better. Outside fire pits and awning for pool area would be nice. Appliances and amenities showing age.

We appreciate your comments regarding the garage marketing and will take them into consideration as we evaluate opportunities for improvement.… We also wanted to mention that our community does feature an outdoor double-sided fireplace and a poolside pergola for shade and gathering space. Our team or the concierges are happy to show you where they are located. We always welcome resident suggestions for additional enhancements. Regarding the amenities, we understand your concerns about items showing their age. We are excited to share that new indoor amenity furnishings are being delivered this week after experiencing some unexpected delays. Additionally, our outdoor pool and third-floor terrace furniture were replaced just last year.

Easy access to the T and bus lines in a very walkable area. Having a gym in the building is super convenient, the concierge staff are always helpful, and I love the big windows in my apartment- it doesn't feel claustrophobic on days when the weather is icky and I don't want to go outside.
