The best! The whole management team and maintenance team is so kind, and living here really feels like an amazing experience.

My family and I have had an exceptional experience living at The Lodge. What truly sets this community apart is the people, and that starts with Max, one of the staff team members managing the property.

Max leads with professionalism, respect, and genuine care for the residents. His leadership style feels natural and authentic, and it shows in the culture of the entire community. He has a vested interest in maintaining a place where people feel welcomed, valued, and connected. The amenities are outstanding, the property is beautifully maintained, and there is a strong sense of community among neighbors. It's refreshing to live somewhere that feels both professionally managed and genuinely welcoming.

I also want to recognize maintenance, Rekki, talk about a rock star. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and take great pride in their work. Every service request has been handled promptly, and they always leave the area spotless--as if they were never there. Their attention to detail and care for the property does not go unnoticed.

I cannot recommend The Lodge. The common areas are frequently littered with trash and debris that reappears daily despite reports, making the property feel unclean and unsafe. Additionally, the inflexible early termination policy — with high financial penalties despite giving over two months’ notice for a home purchase — created significant emotional and financial stress.
The pet-friendly amenities (like the dog park) are irrelevant to me as I do not have a dog. A practical car wash station... would be far more useful for residents.
Management should focus on daily cleaning, better maintenance, and more reasonable lease flexibility. Overall, a disappointing experience that fell far short of expectations. Read More
