There are no longer any repercussions for ANYTHING! Kids run rampant to tear up whatever we have, parents aren’t made to pay to fix it, trash dumpsters are always overloaded, people don’t follow any rules & management doesn’t make them so they continue & get worse.

Pluses

* Great maintenance team—Rose and Rey are wonderful! We really appreciate them.
* Great location.
* We love the pool and gym.
* The lifeguard this year has been excellent. The pool is cleaned every day, and they are very friendly. This has been the best pool experience we’ve had in years.
* We love our apartment facing the woods. It is very quiet and peaceful.

Areas for Improvement

* The fire pit is broken and needs to be repaired.
* The twinkle lights in the BBQ area are broken.
* The… pool mattresses/cushions were not replaced or switched out after being stored all winter.
* Some neighbors leave trash and donation items in the hallways.
* There are frequently unsupervised children downstairs in the hallway making messes and creating a lot of noise.
* Some residents walk barefoot in the hallways, which is not ideal for a shared community space.
* Strong food smells, including ethnic food odors, frequently linger in the hallways. Better ventilation or air circulation may help.
* Cars drive far too fast through the property. Speed bumps or additional traffic-calming measures would make the community safer.
* Children riding electric scooters in the common areas can be very unsafe. I recently saw a child bump into my 2-year-old daughter, which was concerning.
* I’m still unsure about the new management and would like to see how things develop.

Management/Professionalism

* I would appreciate management maintaining a professional and consistent presence in the office and focusing primarily on resident concerns, property management, and community needs. Clear professional boundaries are important in creating a comfortable environment for all residents.

A quote from me about how wonderful I felt Parc Westborough was has been used over the years. This time I need to wait as the transition has been very difficult and protracted. It has gotten considerably better in the office. Staff is incredible now that its stabilized maintenance has always been incredible but it’s just not change is hard to adjust to. We’ve gone through numerous transitions and I knew Greystar from Minnesota just seems like you limp a bit on this one I can have a short memory… if I see some of the concerns addressed primarily apartment maintenance

I’ve lived at Parc Westborough for three years, and it’s been a great experience. The community is very nice, the apartments are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. The property is clean, secure, and well-maintained, maintenance is clearly a top priority. Honestly, it’s been hard to think about moving from here.
