Force you to pay for services theu don't provide properly and will increase your monthly rent by $1000 when your lease ends.

Recently relocated from the UK, having spent time in hotels in Virginia and temporary accommodation in Annapolis can finally say we are home at the James! Professional and attentive team @ the James can't wait for family to visit from oversees to experience the luxury the James has to offer.

We love living here at the James. It is a totally different life style for us, having always lived in a large, single family home with a yard....BUT, everyone has helped make this adjustment easy, made us feel welcomed, and helped us whenever we've needed help.. Don't think we'll ever go back to the stresses of a single family home again....Let the younger families enjoy all that goes with that style of living . Right now, smaller is better for us, and we can use all of the amenities if (and... when) we need them....Thank you, Pat

The James is great! Brianna is awesome! only complaint is that that the walls are not insulated enough. I can hear my neighbors stomp and snore.

Stay Away

The lobby and front of the building in wonderful but if decide to live here you will soon seen it is undesirable. They say pet friendly but it isn’t even people friendly. Currently they have two unlivable units ongoing mass construction but won’t ever notify you about the work being done and if you are next to or below you will have equipment ran all day and night. I’ve personally had to use weeks of vacation because of this construction. And the customer service in dealing with any concerns is... brushed under a rug.
