The Application Process Is Terrible The People In The Leasing Office Do Not Help You Through It. They Are Unprofessional And Will Keep Telling You To Apply Online No Matter How Much I Asked For help They Did Not Help Me. All They Say Is “Yea We Can’t Do Anything on our end.” Terrible Experience Soo Far And I Have 3 months rent up front to pay and I make 3 times the rent yet I cannot get into an apartment because the staff won’t help me…

I applied 2 weeks ago today and still haven’t received information on my application. I called and talked to a young lady a week ago and she advised it’s still pending. I’ve called this week and no one answers the phone. It shouldn’t take 2 weeks to make a decision. It’s either approved or denied. I can only imagine how long it would take to get something serviced or discuss an issue with the office when they can’t even give an update on an application.

I have lived here 17 years . I don't forsee moving any time soon. The lawn is taken care of , as well as shrubs , trees , and flowerbeds. The staff are always smiling , friendly , and helpful . I can call the office for a maintenance issue , and have it treated within an hour. I enjoy speaking with Hillary almost daily. She walks about the property checking on people as well as the area. The apartment could be beautiful to live in if it wasn’t for the infestation of rodents and bugs in it. The maintenance crew was no help when we called for service. Sometimes we’d spend our own money and fix the issues ourselves! Overall if you don’t mind doing some tlc yourself and don’t mind some small roommates then this the perfect Home for you!!

I just moved in and they have a huge mouse problem. The mouse come out of vents and pipes behind the stove. Pest control don't come immediately and does not solve the problem. I will definitely be moving out as soon as my lease is up.
