LEAKS LEAKS LEAKS

Too many in home problems. Leasing office will never answer a phone. Their favorite line is use emergency maint. number and they never come. Many leaks throughout many apartment which Im told from neighbors and had 3 myself. Rent cheap so expect cheap quality.

the Application Process Is Bad.

The Application Process Is Terrible The People In The Leasing Office Do Not Help You Through It. They Are Unprofessional And Will Keep Telling You To Apply Online No Matter How Much I Asked For help They Did Not Help Me. All They Say Is “Yea We Can’t Do Anything on our end.” Terrible Experience Soo Far And I Have 3 months rent up front to pay and I make 3 times the rent yet I cannot get into an apartment because the staff won’t help me…

No Response

I applied 2 weeks ago today and still haven’t received information on my application. I called and talked to a young lady a week ago and she advised it’s still pending. I’ve called this week and no one answers the phone. It shouldn’t take 2 weeks to make a decision. It’s either approved or denied. I can only imagine how long it would take to get something serviced or discuss an issue with the office when they can’t even give an update on an application.

Riverview - Great place to live !

I have lived here 17 years . I don't forsee moving any time soon. The lawn is taken care of , as well as shrubs , trees , and flowerbeds. The staff are always smiling , friendly , and helpful . I can call the office for a maintenance issue , and have it treated within an hour. I enjoy speaking with Hillary almost daily. She walks about the property checking on people as well as the area. Thank you for everything Hillary ! Thank you riverview!

Overview of 2 years

The apartment could be beautiful to live in if it wasn’t for the infestation of rodents and bugs in it. The maintenance crew was no help when we called for service. Sometimes we’d spend our own money and fix the issues ourselves! Overall if you don’t mind doing some tlc yourself and don’t mind some small roommates then this the perfect Home for you!!
