I’ve been living here a year and it’s time for a solid review. This is my first Bozzuto property, primarily because I always heard negative things about the property management. This was a new build so I figured I would try it out. BLUF - I should have listened to the reviews.

1- If you want privacy this is not the community for you. Bozzuto team and vendors are always in you unit for some kinda “mandatory service” every month or once every two months (filter change, check for water leaks... pest control, internet issues the list goes on and on. Making arrangements for pets etc is exhausting with the frequency of accessing the unit.

2- The pre packaged internet is with an off brand company and the service is ok at best. I primarily work from home so it’s more of an issue.

3- elevator issues are true - I was personally stuck in an elevator for 20mins about a month ago and I know of 3 other people that were stuck in the elevators over the last 12 months I’ve been here

4- The leasing staff is hit or miss. Same with any leasing office until you have a problem you don’t know what you really dealing with.

5-The key fob application Kastle; sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. When it doesn’t I go to leasing office; leasing office says contact the company..the company says contact leasing office…. Round and round. At this point I don’t even bother to use it
6- Parking - I was told there are enough space for residents in the two buildings but what they don’t tell you is there is a chance you may not be able to park regularly in the building you live in. You may have to park in the other building within the community.

Misc. - you can’t have Ring devices or similar devices for your protection instead they are worried about privacy of the people walking past your unit.

You are not allowed to have door mats due to fire hazards (ie tripping). I say you should not be that close to my front door. A nice compromise would have been to specify dimensions of door mats. They make very slender ones these days. Give the space some personality. I am waiting for The next notice to be NO door decorations as the are hazardous as well

I moved into the community in July. Great community, great staff. Very helpful and attentive to the needs of each tenant needs. I was pleasantly surprised.

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The building is always clean and well-maintained, the staff are friendly and quick to help, and the location is convenient for everything I need. It’s been a comfortable and stress-free place to call home.

I'm having a pleasant experience. Feedback is important when things are done not so well and when they are done well. Thanks for all you do.

Overall my expierence has been honestly 95% positive. A couple inconveniences here and there but nothing abnormal and nothing that was particularly the apartment complex fault. Clean space, and maintence crew was always very fast to fix any issues.
