Very poor billing have received 3 water bills for $500 within 1.5 years they charged for non reserved cars and have very lengthy itemization $29 for each car for open parking $50 for reserved $5 convenience fee for electronic billing (convenience fee is what it’s itemized as) $100 locker fee for the mail room not optional and it goes on and then they add the water bill you have to pay their erroneous amount and then file for an inquiry where they will send someone to check and after 2-3 months... it may get resolved where you get your money back … you pay ahead for their mistake … no one has time to keep calling and emailing we have jobs and other important things to do their working when we’re working so we have to take time off from work to communicate when it shouldn’t have happened … pros nice and quiet community location is very convenient too Read More

They don't care about their renters and make the move out process very strenuous. They also are not upfront about anything and you won't find out until you have moved. No one even bothers to get back to you to listen and try to help you with your concerns.

The leasing process was very simple and seamless, totally stress-free. The Community is calm and soothing and fosters a sense of peace.

This place just has to find a reason to go into your place when you are not there, unannounced, or with some type of emergency so-called noticed. This is the second time after the review on the entry for the one below one month before. This time it was the cheap air conditioner, first time it was for a chimney check that I have never used and like I said in the review below they did not send me a notice before hand, they just walked right in. I had not even ran the air conditioner for the past... few days and had been home for a few days and no one said anything until the day I leave. All of these issues for one of the renovated apartments that came with a cheap air conditioner obviously. I would not rent here again and will not be renewing my lease. I've rented places before and they never came into the apartment unless you called them. Beware Ladies or people with kids!!!*****************1st review ——They send in maintenance inspectors without notice. They knock once and walk right on in. When you call them about it they say they sent an email to you that was never seen and will then send it as notice. ****Please take note on the response to my reply below from the owner- that this was NOT a service request at all. This was a shock of the moment someone opening your door. What if someone had kids at home like a teenager who was home by themselves at the time. Someone just out of the blue opened my door. I did not hear a knock nor did I see an email that the office manager said was sent! I did not initiate any type of service request or anything done on my part. They said he was their to inspect the chimney. When she did forward me the email, it was not even from the regular Burkeshire email address, it started with reply@ something I had never gotten before. There was no 24 hour notice.
