I've been living here for 9 months, and this has been by far the noisiest building I've ever lived in. The walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbor's every footstep, every conversation, constant dog barking, and doors slamming. There is no quiet enjoyment in not one room of your own apartment. If you value quiet and peace of mind, Aspen is not the place for you. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The rent is too expensive for the quality of the building to be so cheap. If you're going to have bare... floors, at least have the decency to soundproof. If you're going to label the building as "luxury", at least have the decency to use better insulation between the units. My experience has been absolutely terrible from day one. I definitely will not be renewing my lease. I'm officially counting the days until I can get out of here.
