It's an amazing experience living here! It's very quiet and every person I come across is very nice and seems happy. This is definitely a happy place to be! The entire experience of living here is tranquil and serene.

Next week will be 1 year at Aspen. I signed my new lease a few ago! The luxury resort feel from everyone in the office, the maintenance team, and the cleaning crew sets a high bar. Natalia welcomed me to he property a year ago and has been the same phenomenal person to this day. Julia walked me through the leasing process with unmatched hospitality. The addition of Aaryn and Ashley makes Aspen the best place to live. Lori’s leadership as GM is evident in the near flawless execution of... excellence from the entire Aspen team. I wanted to brag about the convenience to multiple shopping centers in every direction. I could talk about the proximity to DC, Baltimore, and Annapolis. I could even share how there are many parks and walking paths nearby. All of that is true!! The most important review of all is knowing that every time I walk into the building I’m greeted by name. The attention to detail and respect that is shown everyday is the main reason I renewed my lease. And it helps that my dog is even more popular than me. I love my apartment and enjoying conversing with my neighbors. Aspen at Melford truly is Home Sweet Home
