First time renter - very happy

I'll be honest, I'm young and didn't really know how to look for an apartment or what to look for. AND I was new to the Harford County area so I really think I struck a gold mine with this complex. It fit my budget and I am loving the amenities - in-unit washer dryer, on-site parking, storage off the patio, and I secured a unit with a den to work as a home office. I did see a few reviews around the internet that talked of mice or bugs but honestly besides the random silverfish I see here and… there my mentality is that if you're not living in filth you won't attract mice/vermin. That is completely true! I moved in in September and it's March and I can guarantee that my apartment is bug/mouse free! I've never had to contact the office for anything other than adding a pet addendum to my lease, but when I did they were super easy to talk to and friendly. Very happy and I would recommend any one to consider taking a tour for Fox Run!

I GOT MY SMILE BACK THE FIRST WEEK

I WANTED TO GET OUT THE CITY AND THIS COMPLEX KEEP COMING UP WHEN EVER I SEARCHED FOR A PLACE TO MOVE TO. WELL I DID MY APPLICATION ON A TUESDAY NIGHT AT 8:30PM AND BY WEDNESDAY AT 2:00PM, I HAD A NEW, QUIET, AFFORDABLE PLACE TO STAY. MRS WILSON AND MS CROWELL HAVE BEEN A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. THE HALLWAY IN EACH BUILDING ARE SWEEP AND VACUUMED EVERYDAY. WHENEVER I'VE HAD AN ISSUE WITH ANYTHING IN MY APARTMENT (WHICH HAS BEEN MINOR ISSUES) MANAGEMENT AND THE MAINTENANCE CREW HAVE BEEN SO… EFFICIENT WITH DEALING WITH MY CONCERNS. THE COMPLEX IS WELL KEEP, QUIET, NO NOISEY NEIGHBOR, PLENTY OF PARKING AND I REALLY DO NOT HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A QUIET, CLEAN, WELL MANAGED APARTMENT COMPLEX THIS WOULD BE A GREAT PLACE FOR YOU TO CALL HOME. I REALLY LOVE THE PEACE AND QUIET!!!

A Haven from the City - Fox Run Apartments Edgewood Maryland

I live on the bottom level of this three story building and the grounds are kept clean with a manicured lawn, the apartment complex built a grill area for those that wish to grill so that the residents do not put the property in danger of a simple fire. They also have a wonderful jungle gym for the children to play, ample lighting at night, and the best ever pet area for pets to play and graze. Parking is close to the your apartment which makes coming and going into your apartment easy and… accessible. The staff are courteous, and always trying to make sure that you are happy with everything in your apartment, if something is in need of repair you can bet that maintenance will be on the problem immediately. My stay here is wonderful, and a haven away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Nice quiet setting with convenience to the near by shopping centers and the metro. Large, clean rooms with open concept for dining room, living room and kitchen. Staff is friendly and helpful and are available 6 days a week.
