No hot water I’ walk over to the leasing office explain my situation (no hot water). By time I walk back to my apartment. Within minutes the maintenance man knock on the door. It took him less then ten minutes to resolve the issue. The maintenance man did explain to me (pilot was out, ) I had to wait about an hour so the tank can boil the water. I have hot water & I’m happy & satisfied
