Package Theft
After losing several packages during Christmas season, I decided to still renew my lease in the spring in hopes that it was due to a high volume of deliveries.
However, since renewing, I’ve witnessed a resident return a package to the delivery area that had been cut open. I also lost a package to theft within an hour of it being delivered on a weekday morning. Due to a lack of security cameras, nothing can be done and property management can only encourage you request a refund.
Considering... how much I pay to live here, more should be done to ensure I can live comfortably. Instead, I will have to figure out a different location to have my packages delivered for the next year.
Needless to say, I will not be renewing my lease here.
