Great from beginning to end! Friendly staff, great neighbors. Elevators need maintenance from time to time but other than that. It’s been a great experience overall. Niko is the guy to go to!

Pallas, Henri, Persei Residences are worst place to live. Overpriced for location that is now riddled with crime. Poor service from leasing office and incompetent maintenance staff.
