There is a sliding door in between the two sides of the house (unlocked, and which must remain unlocked). There is an attached garage with space for 2 cars, as well as driveway parking.

Tenants are responsible for all utilities. The house has central AC and furnace heat. Lawn care and snow removal is provided. 4 occupants max.
