Great bones, HORRENDOUS property management

The look of the apartments is nice- mid century with wood floors. I had a split studio and it was teeny, but I broke the rules and had my bed in the basement so it wasn't super small.

The property management ruined everything about this for me. Maintenence would just come into my apartment without being let in or given permission, my stove never worked properly, the insulation on the sliding glass door was nonexistant. The kicker was when us renters found out that our keys were all for... everyone's apartment. The mail got lost regularly, we would get these incredibly patronizing emails about property management that really should have been controlled by the owners, and rent was outrageous. I ended up moving after 6 months even though I had to keep paying for the rest of the year lease. It was absolutely terrible. I would advise people to look anywhere else. These people are heading for a lawsuit.
