Elmwood Oaks Apts

Nice little apartment complex on an weird street (apartments on the south side, industrial shops on the other). Easy access to I-75. Walking/biking distance to everything in downtown Clawson and bike ride away from Royal Oak or Birmingham. There's a divey sports bar just around the corner (Norm's Field of Dreams) that has great drink specials and good food. The new MJR movie theater on Maple is also less than a mile away.

The units themselves are nothing special and tad outdated (I personally... like my green kitchen appliances) but the price is great and there is covered parking available. There's a backyard area with a fire pit, couple grills, and a picnic table under a pergola. The landlord is nice enough to stock firewood and charcoal for all to use. it's a relaxing place to hang out.

Unfortunately, there is no storage beyond the 4 closets in the unit (which do offer a good amount of storage space). There is , however, a locked shed outside where we can keep our bicycles.
