The location is great. Now everything else well. First off the don’t plow or salt the parking lot. The heat is either blasting or none-existent so be prepared to pick up a space heater or something. You will hear your neighbors screaming at any given time. If you don’t enjoy stairs then don’t bother because the elevator is broken 7 months out if the year. People will pull your laundry out and put their stuff in. They have bedbugs so before you even move in treat your apt and get a... monthly spray treatment because they refuse to treat the whole building so bugs just move around. People smoke in the halls so you will get to enjoy that smell every evening.
