Check-out time is 11 am. Guests staying longer than 28 days will be responsible for paying utilities used during their stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and any smell noticed by cleaners or physical evidence of smoking will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and any evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction.
